Quinn grew up on Chicago’s Southside the youngest of 8 kids. After selling real estate and originating mortgage loans for 8 years, Quinn took a class called ‘smart foreclosure buying’.
Stumbling into his first deal, he became amazed at the opportunity to build wealth while simultaneously helping distressed home owners. Over the next 6 years Quinn employed a unique system he pioneered allowing him to complete 112 preforeclosure transactions.
By 2003 word had spread and Quinn started receiving requests to teach his investing system to aspiring real estate investors. Since then he has shared his system with hundreds of investors all across America.
